About the Role Are you a seasoned IT professional looking to take your career to new heights? We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Network, Security & System Engineer. Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to deliver and maintain top-tier solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of IT support experience and possess certifications in Managed Services (infra & security), Network Technologies, Email Environments, Windows Server, Virtualization, Backup Systems, Cloud Technologies, Scripting/Automation, Storage Systems, and Security Standards. Provide support by analyzing and resolving incidents raised by the service desk and L2 support team. Collaborate on feasibility studies, resource assessments, and schedule management to ensure successful project execution. Conduct audits on client infrastructures and craft tailored solutions. Oversee internal and/or on-site installations, ensuring seamless execution. Handle server and client configurations, ensuring optimal performance. Control and maintain meticulous documentation for all projects, ensuring clarity and compliance. Your dedication to providing excellent service will be pivotal in adhering to client timelines and internal procedures. Requirements We are looking for a dynamic professional who brings the following skills and qualifications: At least 5 years of IT support experience. Certifications in Managed Services (infra & security), Network Technologies, Email Environments, Windows Server, Virtualization, Backup Systems, Cloud Technologies, Scripting/Automation, Storage Systems, and Security Standards. Strong understanding of Cloud solutions. Bilingual (trilingual preferred).
