Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – PFS - Fiduciary – Legal - Corporate •You will assist Senior Corporate Officers in corporate governance matters such as the publication on the RCS/RBE, the opening of bank accounts and the preparation of board and shareholder meetings.
•You will also be in charge of drafting board minutes and preparing resolutions.
•As you grow in your autonomy, you will be able to take on your portfolio completely autonomously from the constitution to the liquidation/dissolution.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – PFS - Fiduciary – Legal - Corporate •A first experience as Corporate Officer in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg is asked for this position.
•Fluency in English and French is an absolute prerequisite. Knowledge of any other languages would be considered an asset.
•Did you follow trainings or did you obtain a higher degree (Bachelor or Master) in the legal field? Then this will be a plus as well.
•You want to integrate a PFS where your career objectives as well as your learning curve matter : For this reason, many internal and external trainings will be offered to you, so you can evolve in the hierarchy in the future.
