Job Title: Senior Project Manager Main Responsibilities: Lead an internal development team in a large digital transformation initiative, overseeing end-to-end IT delivery, service management and team development using Agile methodologies. Main Responsibilities: Manage the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering to production deployment. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise a team of analysts, architects and developers. Main Responsibilities: Monitor project progress, handle escalations and report status to senior management. Main Responsibilities: Engage stakeholders to ensure delivery meets time, budget and quality objectives. Main Responsibilities: Organize team development activities to maintain skills, engagement and motivation. Main Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance and service management of applications in production. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members. Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods of time.
