Job Description

In this role, you will play a central part in processing and managing customer orders within an international environment. You will ensure smooth administrative handling while monitoring quality, timelines, and communication throughout the entire order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the complete order process from request to delivery
  • Process sales orders and quotations with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Liaise with internal departments regarding product availability, deliveries, and invoicing
  • Prepare and manage export documentation for international shipments
  • Handle returns and follow up on customer complaints
  • Keep customers informed about order status and deliveries through reporting tools
  • Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including customers, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
  • Prepare and distribute reports on order status, deliveries, and critical issues
  • Identify potential bottlenecks within processes and contribute to improvement initiatives
  • Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with various departments

Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or order management
  • Experience in an international environment is a strong asset
  • Experience in the shipping industry
  • Experience with shipping documents (Sea Waybill, Bill of Lading,...)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and international
