Description de la fonction En tant qu'IT Technical Coordinator, vous faites partie de l’équipe de projets où vous êtes responsable de l’infrastructure technique dans les environnements de production et d’acceptation d’une ou de plusieurs applications.
Vous fonctionnez comme un partenaire privilégié (SPOC) pour les chefs de projets (techniques), la direction et, le cas échéant, les clients (externes et internes).
Vous gérez les procédures et les aspects techniques relatifs aux applications dont vous avez la responsabilité selon 3 axes principaux :
• Vous prenez en charge la gestion opérationnelle ainsi que de la gestion prévisionnelle de l’environnement technique des applications concernées.
Vous conseillez les chefs de projets (techniques) quant à l’impact des changements envisagés sur l’infrastructure technique.
• Vous prenez les mesures nécessaires afin de respecter les SLA’s et en rendez compte auprès de la Direction et des clients.
Vous assurez la coordination afin de résoudre un incident qui impacte l’infrastructure de l’une des applications concernées.
Si nécessaire et de votre propre initiative, vous assurez la coordination afin de résoudre les problèmes récurrents.
• Vous prenez en charge la coordination des releases planifiés tout au long de l’année afin de permettre l’exécution des différents changes nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des infrastructures.
Ceci couvre la préparation des releases, leur coordination ainsi que la revue post-implémentation. Profil Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bachelier ou d’un Master en informatique et disposez d’une expérience dans une fonction similaire.
Vous comprenez le cadre de référence ITIL et y accordez une grande importance.
Vous connaissez l’architecture d’infrastructure et êtes disposé à approfondir vos connaissances concernant une ou plusieurs applications.
Vous manifestez un sens aigu des responsabilités, êtes orienté client et résultat, et pouvez élaborer une prestation de services de façon autonome.
En outre, vous êtes proactif et capable d’évaluer les risques.
Dans cette fonction, l’orientation service est primordiale, de même que la communication.
Doté d’un esprit analytique, vous avez le sens de la décision et êtes résistant au stress.
Vous maîtrisez tant le français que le néerlandais. Vous comprenez l’anglais technique.
