Our client, an international company offering services in audit, tax, and consulting, has over 500 employees. Senior Fund Compliance Officer - Your main responsibilities:
Manage the daily fund compliance processes to ensure reports are completed accurately (correcting issues, reviewing discrepancies, preparing and reviewing management reports, etc.).
Verify account opening documentation and update systems with client details.
Senior Fund Compliance Officer - This role is for you if:
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or law.
You have at least 2 years of experience in fund compliance in Luxembourg.
You have a strong knowledge of the AIFM Directive and CSSF circulars related to compliance.
You are familiar with the Luxembourg fund industry and the regulations related to investment compliance monitoring.
You can work independently as well as part of a team.
You are fluent in French and English.
