De afdeling IS Common Assets & Referentials is Care ademt de waarde 'Care' van AG. Als transversale dienst, staan we dagelijks klaar om onze collega's te helpen en zijn we betrokken bij alle strategische projecten. Onze core business betreft alles rond services en de kwaliteit rond referentiële data (=persoons/bedrijfsgegevens voor identificatie, communicatie,...), alsook enkele belangrijke corporate processen als AML, GDPR, CAP2, FATCA/CRS en de website Myag die als doel heeft een belangrijk self-servicing portal te worden voor de klant.

De architecten staan dagelijks in contact met onze interne klanten om samen hun visie te vertalen in een IT-oplossing die ze samen met het ontwikkelingsteam in realiteit brengen.

Spreekt dit je aan en ben jij een Functional Architect met onderstaande competenties, dan is dit jouw topjob

Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende businesses en IS afdelingenen identificeert wat ze écht nodig hebben.

Je analyseert, evalueerten stelt mogelijke oplossingen voor in functie van kwaliteit, tijd, budget en technische beperkingen, steeds rekening houdend met de langetermijnvisie van Business en IT.

Je zorgt voor kwalitatieve en duurzame oplossingenwaarbij je anticipeert op de openheid en de toekomstige flexibiliteit van de oplossing.

Je vormt de brugtussen Business en IT en je informeert alle betrokken partijen over de te implementeren oplossingen.

Je werkt samenmet de projectmanager en het ontwikkelingsteam. Je overlegt met hen en betrekt hen tijdens de fase van de requirements en ondersteunt hen tijdens de rest van het traject.

Je zorgt ervoor dat het architectuurproces kwalitatief toegepastwordt zodat de gekozen architectuurkeuzes op een transparante en onderbouwde manier gemaakt worden en de oplossing correct gedocumenteerd wordt.

Je werkt samen en deelt je kennisover het patrimonium en je ervaring met de andere architecten, met de business en met de experten van binnen en buiten de afdeling IS Care.

Herken je jezelf hierin?

Ben je iemand die goed overweg kan met een diversiteit van projecten en zelf een goed idee kan vormen van wat prioritair is. Werk je op een constructieve manier samen met de verschillende partijen binnen AG en kan je het gevraagde vlot analyseren, synthetiseren en omvormen in een IT-oplossing, dan ben je een geschikt Architect-kandidaat.

Wat ook belangrijk is:

Je hebt verschillende jaren ervaring in een IT-ontwikkelingsomgeving als Functional Designer of als Architect.

Je denkt zowel conceptueel en abstract als diepgaand.

Je durft de dingen in vraag stellen en je aarzelt niet met nieuwe ideeën te komen.

Je voelt je thuis in een creatieve context waar ideeën nog tot stand moeten komen en verder uitgewerkt moeten worden.

Je bent pragmatisch en flexibel in het streven naar realistische oplossingen die passen in zowel de langetermijnvisie als de veranderende verzekeringsmarkt.

Je kan meedenken met businessklanten, je hebt de ambitie om de E2E oplossing te kennen en als Functional Architect wil je ook investeren om de meer technische aspecten van de oplossingen via de Technische experten uitgeklaard te krijgen.

Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands of het Frans. Je volgt zonder problemen een gesprek of je leest documenten in de andere taal. Je kan ook in het Engels werken. Of je bent bereid hierin verder te evolueren.
