To strengthen its IT organization, we are looking for a Functional Analyst who can bridge business needs and IT delivery, helping translate requirements into effective and future-proof solutions. Your impact Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications Act as the link between business stakeholders, developers, testers, and product teams Contribute to solution design and help shape the product backlog alongside business and IT leaders Define and support testing activities to ensure high-quality delivery Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Analyst Community of Practice Build strong domain knowledge and proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes and applications Support Agile product delivery and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle What we're looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and requirements management Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment What's on offer Competitive salary package with a comprehensive range of extra-legal benefits Mobility budget, including the option of a company car 35 days of annual leave and up to 3 days of home working per week Career opportunities within a global organization committed to innovation and continuous improvement
