We can't wait to meet you It's on us, to make new energy work.br/p pbYour Responsibilities /b /pulliOperation supervision maintenance of on-site power/heat generation plants /liliGuidance, advice and assistance to our clients with the exploitation of our plants /liliWork clearance management and supervision of maintenance activities with knowledge of instrumentation control /liliEnsuring compliance with HSE standards and behaving mindfully and prioritising safety /liliAnalysis of plant-related issues (defects, incidents, etc.) with implementation of the proper solution /liliIdentification of optimization measures and negotiation of customer and supplier agreements /liliTroubleshooting and implementation of measures during unplanned downtimes, acting independently within the defined operational framework /liliParticipation in an on-call service and preparation of incident reports /li /ulpbYour Qualifications /b /pulliHigher technical degree or similar qualification with experience in the operation and maintenance of technical installations preferably in power generation and utilities /liliProject management skills with good knowledge of process technology and automation /liliCollaborating with empathy and inclusivity in a multidisciplinary team with interest in process and technical topics /liliFluent in Dutch (C2) and business fluent in English (C1), other language skills are a plus /liliStress resistant and consistently responsive with good communication and social skills /liliDynamic, independent and flexible person with a strong sense of responsibility /liliFlexible mobility across Belgium and the Netherlands, typically spending three days on-site and two days in the office /li /ulpbOur Benefits /b /pulliCompetitive salary package including bonus schemes /liliFlexible
