key responsibilities
- Detecting, analyzing, and resolving complex machine errors
- Performing machine rebuilds and technical modifications
- Executing calibration checks (calchecks) and machine tuning
- Supporting technical staff during heavier and more complex tasks
- Accurately logging completed actions and keeping schedules up to date
- Working with technical systems such as JIRA and eAM
- Conducting four-eyes checks on technical interventions
- Performing temporary calibrations
- Inspecting and analyzing low-performing machines
- Carrying out hardware modifications according to prescribed bin codes
- Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of machinery
- Always prioritizing safety, quality, and a clean working environment
- qualifications
- Willing to work 2 shifts (early/late)
- Prior experience as an operator
- Strong interest in technology and machinery
- Eager to learn and open to new technical challenges
- Good technical insight and a solution-oriented mindset
- Meticulous, safety-minded, and quality-driven approach
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team share this job.
