Which is where you come in. /ph3bJob Purpose /b /h3pAs Data Analytics Lead you will lead the development and delivery of the data and analytics roadmap within CSM to enable high-quality reporting, support business transformation and drive a harmonised analytics landscape. /ppThe Data Analytics Lead will be part of the CSM Business IT team and will play a pivotal role in driving the Business Unit’s digital transformation. You will lead the development and management of our Data Platform, EPM tools, and Analytics capabilities, working closely with both the Information Systems Department and the CSM business teams. /ppThis unique opportunity helps to shape the digital foundations of the business unit, translating business needs into impactful data solutions and becoming the go-to expert for data analytics within CSM. /ph3bYour Key Accountabilities /b /h3ulliBuild maintain the data platform and BI tools:ulliDesign and develop the data analytics platform and tools in close collaboration with the IS department /liliOversee and manage implementation projects /liliDrive the transition from fragmented Qlik and Power BI reporting towards a harmonized Power BI-based landscape /liliBuild a comprehensive understanding of the solutions that are developed, including an in-depth knowledge of their configuration and setup /liliResponsible for preparing and guiding testing, creating user manuals and providing end-user training /liliSupport and maintain the CSM data analytics solutions, making sure they are performant and regularly improved to meet new business requirements /li /ul /liliCreate and execute a short and long-term vision related to digitalization together with IS and BU-stakeholders /liliBe the main contact for data analytics:ulliAct as the single point of contact for data and analytics within the CSM business unit /liliCapture and manage business requirements and translate them into technical solutions /liliProvide ongoing support to end-users during day to day operations /li /ul /liliExplore and evaluate AI-driven solutions that can optimize business processes, ensuring they align with and enhance our existing data architecture /li /ulh3bWho we are looking for /b /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field. /lili3–5 years of experience in data analytics domain /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a drive for innovation. /liliExperience with Power BI, Azure, Anaplan, AI, SQL… /liliAbility to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions. /liliAbility to work across a heterogeneous systems landscape, including SAP, TM1, other ERP systems, Power BI, etc. /liliHands-on, pragmatic and execution-oriented. /liliCoordinate between business and IS and align with various stakeholders. /liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. /liliCollaborative and effective in working with BIT peers, business stakeholders and external partners. /liliComfortable driving change in an environment with legacy complexity and evolving needs. /li /ulpstrongWhat
