- FreelanceOur client in Brussels is looking for a Process Engineer / Process Analyst to join a transformation programme focused on accelerating Research & Development operations.
You will support a 2-year initiative to analyse, optimise and standardise business processes across R&D. You will identify process improvement opportunities, facilitate workshops and design processes that increase efficiency and reduce time-to-delivery.
The role requires strong expertise in business process modelling using BPMN and the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyse and document existing business processes across R&DDesign and document future processes using BPMNFacilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and challenge requirementsDefine and document process standards, governance and KPIsWork closely with business and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvementsProduce clear process documentation and maintain process repositoriesProfile5+ years' experience as a Process Engineer, Process Analyst or Business Process ConsultantStrong experience modelling business processes using BPMNLean Six Sigma qualification (any color)Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other regulated industries is desirableAdditional DetailsLocation: Brussels Region (Hybrid)Contract: FreelanceDuration: 24-month assignmentStart Date: ASAPLanguage: English
