pWe’re looking for a Marketing Lead who likes moving numbers, not just making things look nice. /p pAt Prezly, the Marketing Lead owns the whole funnel, from the first visit to our website to the customer who recommends us to a colleague. You’ll set the targets, decide what matters most, lead the team and roll up your sleeves when something needs doing. /p pSometimes the best outcome is a campaign that fills the pipeline. Sometimes it’s a quick test that tells us to stop spending money on a channel altogether. /p pIf you’re not hands‑on, this isn’t the role for you. /p h3How we work /h3 pPrezly is a small, remote, bootstrapped and profitable SaaS company building PR software for communication teams around the world. /p pWe don’t do endless strategy decks or marketing committees. We set clear targets, launch, measure and adjust. /p pEvery team has a scorecard with numbers it owns, and every quarter we pick a handful of priorities and get them done. Meetings are rare and a lot of work happens asynchronously. /p pYou’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Operations, with access to the customer feedback, product data and numbers behind what we’re doing. /p pYou’ll also have a lot of freedom in how you work. Use the tools and workflow that make you productive. /p h3What the job actually looks like /h3 pYou might spend a morning on our marketing website because trial sign-ups dipped and you want to know whether it’s the messaging, the page speed or the call to action. /p pYou might look at the funnel and realise traffic isn’t the problem: people sign up for a trial but never activate. So you work with Product and Customer Success to fix that instead of buying more clicks. /p pYou might pause a Google Ads campaign that looks busy but doesn’t bring in trials anyone wants to talk to. /p pYou might spend an afternoon in a check‑in with someone on your team, helping them get better at what they do. /p pAnd when something goes live, you should care about what happens next: the trials, the activations, the customers who stay. /p pThat’s what we mean by Marketing Lead. /p h3What you’ll own /h3 ul liSetting and hitting the marketing scorecard targets, priorities, and the reporting that tells us whether we’re on track or not. /li liFunnel performance at every stage: traffic, trial, activation, retention and advocacy /li liFinding the growth bottlenecks and putting effort where it makes the biggest difference /li liThe brand: website, messaging, conversion and performance /li liThe marketing budget, including when to bring in freelancers or agencies and when not to. /li liThe marketing team: coaching, regular check‑ins, hiring, and any tough conversations too. /li liMaking sure Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success are pulling in the same direction /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul li3+ years in a similar marketing role at a B2B SaaS company /li liA proven track record of growing lead generation, with the numbers to show for it /li liHands‑on SEO experience.
