This is a critical role within an engineering services firm where speed, technical literacy, and persistence are the keys to success. You will be responsible for navigating the high-tech landscape to identify, engage, and place specialized experts who help our clients accelerate their product roadmaps. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a "hunter" mentality for technical talent, this role offers the opportunity to be a cornerstone of our growth. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDeep-dive into technical requirements to understand specific tech stacks, tools, and environments for diverse engineering roles. /liliDrive high-volume sourcing and outreach, maintaining a KPI of at least 2 quality submissions per day. /liliExecute rapid-response recruitment, ensuring given roles are fulfilled within a 48-hour window. /liliManage the full-cycle recruitment process within the ATS, from initial sourcing and screening to coordination and offer stages. /liliConduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess technical proficiency and cultural alignment. /liliExecute aggressive outbound strategies including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to engage passive candidates. /liliCollaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure perfect alignment on candidate profiles. /liliMaintain meticulous documentation of interview outcomes and recruiter notes to ensure a seamless candidate experience. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli3 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within IT, software, or engineering domains. /liliProven track record in a SaaS, Tech, or Consulting environment. /liliMastery of outbound sourcing techniques, including cold calling and advanced LinkedIn search. /liliProfessional fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliAbility to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the EST timezone. /liliHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. /liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines. /li /ulh3Nice-to-Haves /h3ulliProficiency in French (written and verbal). /liliExperience using Loxo as an ATS. /liliDirect experience in contract negotiation. /liliBackground or familiarity with the Telecommunications sector. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliFully remote role with flexible working environment /liliWork with high-growth international companies across tech sectors /liliClear progression path within a performance-driven team /liliHigh ownership and autonomy in your day-to-day work /li /ul
