As organizations rethink how work gets done in an era shaped by digitalisation and AI, we help our clients build future‑ready organizations, workforces and HR functions. /p /brpWe are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager with a strong interest and experience in HR and people transformation to join our growing team. /p /brpOur projects typically cover areas such as: /p /brul /brliHR Transformation /li /brliChange Enablement AI Adoption /li /brliStrategic Workforce Planning and future workforce needs /li /brliSkills-Based AI-Ready Workforce /li /brliOrganization Work Design /li /brliPerformance, Talent Employee Experience /li /br /ul /brh3Key responsibilities /h3 /brpAs a member of the People Consulting team, you will: /p /brul /brliDrive HR and workforce transformation projects, from strategy and design through implementation and adoption. /li /brliPartner with HR and business leaders to address workforce, talent, skills and organizational challenges. /li /brliSupport clients understand and address the impact of AI on work, workforce and HR, identifying opportunities for automation and human-AI collaboration. /li /brliDesign and implement change and adoption approaches, including stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and leadership enablement. /li /brliFacilitate workshops and translate complex people challenges into actionable recommendations and solutions. /li /brliBuild trusted client relationships and collaborate across EY’s multidisciplinary teams. /li /brliContribute to the growth of the People Consulting team through knowledge sharing, team development, and business development activities, including proposals, client pitches, and new solutions. /li /br /ul /brh3Skills and Attributes for Success /h3 /brul /brli2–6 years of relevant experience in HR, people transformation, change management or consulting, with expertise in areas such as talent management, LD, organizational design, HR technology, rewards, HR generalist or related fields. /li /brliStrong HR knowledge and understanding of workforce challenges and trends. /li /brliStrong interest in AI and its impact on organizations, workforce, and HR.
