As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliIdentify and understand business/client needs, challenge them when required, and help the business reflect on needs regarding the fit with the tool (functional and technical feasibility) and tooling strategy. Obtain formal validation of collected requirements using mock-ups and visuals. /liliDefine and analyze the business model using modeling techniques and methods such as Aris and UML diagrams. Understand the end-to-end process and data flow, analyze and document new processes and data models in Service Now. /liliAnalyze and translate business/client needs into requirements for building target solutions in Service Now. Formalize and document requirements following squad standards, participate in functional analysis, and liaise with other contributors as needed. /liliPrepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities to ensure maximal quality. /liliSupport business onboarding on new solutions by mapping needs with delivered functionalities (change management). /liliAct as an interface between stakeholders, communicating fluently both orally and in writing. /liliIdentify, communicate, and manage constraints, impediments, risks, and issues to ensure qualitative delivery (including Opus owner and feature owner roles). /liliWork autonomously while being a strong team player. /li /ulh3Language Requirements /h3ulliDutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills /liliFrench: Strong written and spoken communication skills /liliEnglish: Strong written and spoken communication skills /li /ulh3Education /h3ulliMaster’s degree or equivalent by experience /li /ulh3Required Experience / Knowledge /h3ulliAt least 6 years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst role, with some functional analysis knowledge.
