Be-Mobile, headquartered in Ghent, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to blend customer interaction with hands-on operational work. You will become an expert in ticketing processes and gradually own customer relationships, acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure maximum value from our solutions.
Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, investigating incidents with engineering, following up tickets, and driving improvements across the organization.
