We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Functional Analyst to join an Agile team responsible for critical reimbursement and billing correction processes.

Your Role
You will combine the responsibilities of a Functional Analyst and a Scrum Master, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coach an Agile team of approximately 8 team members
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business experts and developers
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications
- Model and optimize business processes
- Support delivery of new functionalities within a complex business environment
- Leverage AI-powered tools and agents to support analysis activities where relevant
Your Profile
- Medior or Senior Functional Analyst / Business Analyst
- Proven experience in Agile environments
- Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Lead
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in both business and technical contexts
- Experience with BPMN, process analysis and user stories
- Comfortable working in complex organizations xirbnpk
- Strong leadership mindset with a hands-on approach
- Experience in healthcare, insurance or reimbursement processes is a plus
