LaCAR is continuing to grow and we are looking for a Production Scientist who is passionate about hands-on laboratory work, values precision and consistency, and enjoys a work environment that combines structured tasks with a wide variety of activities.
You will work in a regulated laboratory or manufacturing environment and play a key role in customers satisfaction by helping develop, adapt and manufacture high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and semi‐automated production processes (bulk preparation, reagent and buffer aliquoting/filling, lyophilization) following work instructions and Quality standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Perform in‐process controls on intermediates to ensure compliance with final product specifications
- Draft, review, and maintain production documentation, deviation reports, change controls
- Identify root causes of manufacturing issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure full compliance with Safety procedures and maintain cleanroom or laboratory standards
- Collaborate closely with the production team and other departments (Logistics, Purchasing) to support smooth operations, including task planning and anticipation of raw material needs
- Train and mentor junior staff/technicians
- Support the transfer of products from R&D to Production, ensuring robust and efficient processes Who Are We? - Bachelor degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, biomedical sciences, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the biotech/pharma industry, specifically in reagent/solution preparation and aliquoting
- Knowledge of ELISA, enzymatic assays, and qPCR (mass spectrometry is a plus)
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering high‐quality work
- Rigorous, detail‐oriented, and demonstrating strong manual dexterity
- Autonomous, multi-skilled, organized and adaptable
- Proactive approach for problem-solving
- Experience with Deviations / CAPA / Change Control Management
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices and regulated environments (ISO 13485 / IVDR / FDA)
