Voor één van onze klanten, een grote logistieke speler in centrum Antwerpen, zijn we op zoek naar een Technology Consultant ter ondersteuning van het huidige Travel team in Zaventem.


De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:
  • Je bent de sleutelfiguur tussen onze travel consultants/klanten en onze technologiepartners.
  • Je beheert de setup voor nieuwe en bestaande klanten in onze back-office, profielsysteem, online bookingtool en andere systemen.
  • Je bent sterk betrokken bij de implementatieprocessen voor nieuwe klanten en van nieuwe systemen, waarbij je mee zorgt voor een continue verbetering van onze werkprocessen.
  • Je verdiept je in de wensen van onze klanten & agenten en biedt advies zodat onze geavanceerde technologie en processen aan de verwachtingen blijven voldoen.
  • Je staat hierbij op de eerste rij van alle technologische ontwikkelingen in onze boeiende sector.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:
  • Je omschrijft jezelf als iemand met een passie voor de reisindustrie en graag wil leren hoe verschillende systemen met elkaar verbonden zijn.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent proactief en gestructureerd met probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je drukt jezelf (zowel geschreven als gesproken) vlot uit in het Nederlands & Engels, Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Werken onder druk is voor jou geen probleem
  • Ervaring in zakenreizen of technische ondersteuning is een voordeel.
  • Je dag begint met een glimlach en je hebt de mentaliteit om er elke dag een succes van te maken.
  • Stiptheid, ordelijkheid en een goed gevoel voor humor maken van jou onze ideale collega
