Your tasks:
- You support logistics and administrative tasks related to clinical supplies and medical devices.
- You ensure smooth processes for ordering, storage, labelling, shipping, and returns.
- You track inventory levels and expiration dates, and prepare monthly reports.
- You ensure all activities follow guidelines and internal procedures.
- You maintain accurate data in electronic systems for the assigned studies.
- You perform routine tasks and prepare the kits for the labs.
- You handle ad-hoc supply purchases when needed.
Profiel- You have a good command of English (spoken and written).
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment.
- You are comfortable using computers and electronic equipment.
- You are able to sit for 4-6 hours per day.
- You can lift light objects (up to 7-9 kg).
- You have a solid knowledge of clinical supply processes (e.g. manufacturing, shipping, labeling, auditing).
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You pay close attention to detail and quality-focused.
Aanbod- The company offers a salary of +/- €18 per hour.
- You are available to work in two shifts: from 7:30 AM to 15:36 PM, Tuesday to Saturday, or from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
