IT Architecture Team Lead

h3About the Role /h3 pNISH Tech BV is looking for an experienced bTeam Leader Transition Manager /b to support a major European Energy Utilities organization through an important architecture and operating-model transformation. /p pYou will lead and support Solution Architects while contributing to enterprise architecture governance, transition planning and organizational transformation. The role combines people leadership, architecture governance, stakeholder management and hands‑on transformation execution. /p pYou will help establish effective ways of working, strengthen collaboration between architecture and product functions, remove organizational blockers and ensure delivery continuity. Strong knowledge of IT architecture frameworks, cloud-native patterns and modern architecture practices is essential. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and support Solution Architects across multiple digital initiatives. /li liManage architecture resource requests and assignments. /li liContribute to IT architecture governance and decision-making frameworks. /li liClarify roles and responsibilities across Product, Architecture and Delivery functions. /li liDrive and monitor transition plans. /li liSupport operating-model transformation and organizational change. /li liIdentify and remove organizational, process and stakeholder blockers. /li liFacilitate collaboration between architecture and product teams. /li liEstablish standardized architecture deliverables and quality controls. /li liMonitor operational architecture activities, alerts and issues. /li liTranslate strategic architecture vision into operational actions. /li liProvide progress updates and recommendations to leadership. /li liPromote collaboration, team cohesion and effective ways of working. /li liSupport enterprise architecture activities and governance. /li liEnsure delivery continuity throughout the transition. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 h3Mandatory Skills /h3 ul liMore than 10 years of experience in transition management and project management. /li liStrong IT architecture experience. /li liExperience with IT processes and methodologies. /li liTOGAF and ArchiMate knowledge. /li liCloud-native architecture patterns. /li liMicroservices and event-driven architectures. /li liReference architecture advocacy. /li liStrong stakeholder engagement and collaboration. /li liStrong presentation skills. /li liExperience with architecture modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or equivalent. /li liGood level of Dutch and/or French and English. /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have Skills /h3 ul liEnergy Utilities sector experience. /li liExperience with mergers and organizational transformations. /li liGartner Architecture Frameworks, including TIME/APM concepts. /li liDomain-Driven Design. /li liITIL. /li liReal-world experience architecting and delivering IT products in Agile environments. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 pMore than 10 years of transition management and project management experience is required. /p h3Languages /h3 ul liEnglish /li liDutch and/or French /li /ul h3About NISH Tech BV /h3 pNISH Tech BV is a Belgium-based IT consulting and technology services company connecting experienced technology professionals with challenging opportunities across Europe.
