Als Financial Controller sta je in voor:
- De correcte opmaak en opvolging van interne en externe financiële rapportering.
- De ontwikkeling, monitorting en analyse van KPI's voor verschillende business units om inzichten te bieden aan het management.
- Het opstellen van budgetten en forecasts en zorgt ervoor dat deze nauwgezet worden opgevolgd.
- De nauwe samenwerking met interne stakeholders voor de analyse van de kostenstructuur en het aanbieden van inzichten die bijdragen tot een efficiëntere bedrijfsvoering.
- De ondersteuning bij de implementatie van IFRS-standaarden en helpt ervoor te zorgen dat de organisatie compliant blijft met deze regelgeving.
Als Financial Controller beschik je over:
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen audit of controlling.
- Een hands-on mentaliteit en de gedrevenheid die past binnen een kmo-omgeving.
- Ambitie en motivatie om samen met de organisatie verder te groeien.
