Our client, a prominent organization in the utilities sector, is looking for an expert to strengthen their team for the ongoing setup of billing processes on their S/4HANA system. The role involves working closely with business units to maintain and support financial management applications while contributing to both evolutionary and corrective maintenance projects.

Provide operational support and maintenance for SAP systems while contributing to key project assignments.

Draft detailed functional analyses in close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Perform technical analyses and system configurations based on functional specifications.

Coordinate and execute testing phases, including the definition and updating of test cases.

Maintain technical documentation, operational manuals, and user training materials.

Handle system tickets within the incident management process while adhering to internal IT standards.

5+ years experience with the configuration and maintenance of

SAP FICO

in both

SAP R/3

and

S/4HANA

environments.

5+ years experience in the operational management of

SAP

systems.

3+ years experience with

SAP FI-CO , specifically focused on

AR

and outgoing invoicing.

3+ years experience working with the

SAP FICA

module.

3+ years experience with

SAP SD

in both

SAP R/3

and

S/4HANA .

You possess knowledge and experience using

Peppol

for invoice transmission from

SAP .

You have the ability to debug

ABAP

programs to investigate and understand system logic.

You're experienced in

ERP/SAP

business process analysis and drafting technical specifications.

You are fluent in

Dutch

with a C2 level.

Nice to Haves

Experience with

ABAP

development.

Experience within the Belgian energy sector.
