As a Senior Broker within the Facultative team of Aon Reinsurance Solutions you will be responsible for advising clients as well as prospects on the full spectrum of reinsurance services available. It is our job to assist our clients in maintaining and improving their business, protecting their PL account and optimizing their position. /p p The position is based instrongBrussels (Belgium /strong) and you will be working in a team of professionals on all lines of business in providing valuable products and services to our clients. /p p Within Aon, we work as a team. In your daily job, you will be supported by the Facultative team based Belgium, Spain and Portugal. The placement of the reinsurance cover is often done in close cooperation with a wider network of colleagues in the whole EMEA region. /p p This is a stronghybrid role /strong with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Brussels office. /p p strongWhat the day will look like /strong /p ulliSuccessfully negotiating and placing reinsurance cover of our existing book of business. /liliHandling the Placement, Renewal and Servicing of facultative reinsurance related contracts. /liliDrafting and reviewing of presentations, contracts and other types of documents related to reinsurance. /liliExpanding the existing Facultative book of business in the Belgium market /liliStrengthening the relationship with retail brokers and with our clients and manage all commercial aspects of the client relationship. /liliFocusing on business development, also in lines of business that we want to grow. /liliStaying tuned and updated with product development, risk and capital management and finance for all commercial and technical aspects. /liliDemonstrating that Aon Reinsurance Solutions is the leading reinsurance intermediary providing tailor-made solutions. /liliMaintaining Aons relationship with Professional Associations and other major market players and enhance Aon's presence in the market by attending seminars, insurer and reinsurer events. /li /ul p strongSkills and experience that will lead to success /strong /p ulliAt least 5 years of experience in insurance/reinsurance business. /liliAttention to details paired with analytical skills. /liliExcellent communication skills and willingness to work hard to achieve. /liliConfident knowledge of English plus knowledge of any other language is an advantage. /liliSound knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel) /li /ul p strongHow we support our colleagues /strong /p p In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
