key responsibilities
/h3 ulliAct as a trusted advisor to senior business, data, risk, compliance and technology stakeholders across the financial sector. /liliGuide Data Management, Data Governance and AI Transformation initiatives, from strategy definition through implementation. /liliShape data strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks and Data Office capabilities that enable organisations to unlock value from data. /liliHelp clients translate regulatory requirements such as GDPR, BCBS239 and DORA into practical and sustainable data capabilities. /liliPush initiatives across data quality, lineage, metadata management, privacy, security, analytics and AI readiness, leveraging platforms such as Collibra, Microsoft Purview and Alation. /liliFacilitate executive workshops, steer stakeholder alignment and deliver presentations that influence strategic decision-making at C-level. /liliGuide project teams, mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development, thought leadership and the growth of Projective Group's Data AI Practice. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ulli8+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Strategy, Data Transformation or Financial Services Consulting. /liliExcellent communication skills, combined with fluency in English and Dutch or French. /liliA track record delivering data and transformation initiatives within banking, insurance or financial services. /liliThe ability to confidently engage, challenge and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. /liliExperience defining data governance frameworks, operating models and data capabilities. /liliExcellent expertise across data quality, lineage, metadata, privacy and security. /liliFamiliarity with governance tooling such as Collibra, Microsoft Purview or Alation, and regulatory frameworks including GDPR, BCBS239 and DORA. /li /ul h3Nice to have: /h3 ulliConsulting experience within a recognised advisory organisation. /liliExperience with DCAM, DAMA‑DMBOK, AI Governance or Responsible AI frameworks. /liliThought leadership contributions, conference speaking or industry participation. /li /ul h3What can you expect from us? /h3 pAt Projective Group, we believe in recognising contribution and supporting growth, both professionally and personally.
