In this role, you will: /p ul lipLead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Anaplan models for supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization. /p /li lipCollaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and ensure solutions align with strategic supply chain objectives. /p /li lipArchitect scalable, efficient, and high-performance Anaplan models, ensuring best practices are implemented across modules. /p /li lipUse leading planning platforms to empower decision-makers with integrated solutions powered by a patented modeling engine, predictive analytics, and cloud collaboration. /p /li lipTranslate customer requirements into detailed Anaplan model blueprints in close cooperation with your project lead. /p /li lipDrive best practices within the Anaplan team and across projects, ensuring the highest standards in design and implementation. /p /li lipAct as a primary Anaplan SME, training end-users and other team members in tool capabilities and model functionalities. /p /li lipLead, manage, and mentor the model builders on your projects, aligning day-to-day execution with project goals while driving consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across builds. /p /li lipSupport data integration and validation between Anaplan and other supply chain systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data flows. /p /li lipFocus on usability, user experience, and engagement, ensuring planning tools deliver impactful results. /p /li lipEnsure planning tools integrate critical processes, such as aligning demand forecasts from account managers with cash flow projections from controllers. /p /li lipProvide expertise and thought leadership in supply chain modeling and scenario planning, enabling continuous improvement. /p /li lipStreamline business processes and enhance information management to foster collaboration between commercial and supply chain planning functions. /p /li lipEnsure project control through rigorous model compliance, clear communication, and effective change management. /p /li lipThis is a unique opportunity to shape innovative supply chain solutions, working alongside cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. /p /li /ul p#LI-KC1 /p br/ h3bAbout you /b /h3 ul lipYou have 5 years of relevant work experience in the fields of supply chain and/or finance /p /li lipYou are a certified Anaplan Solution Architect or have a minimum of 2-3 years of Anaplan model builder experience and are ready to become a Solution Architect /p /li lipYou have worked on multiple Anaplan use-case implementations /p /li lipYou are capable of thinking in structures and systems and are skilled in translating customers' issues into Anaplan /p /li lipYou have excellent oral and written communication skills and a good listening ear. /p /li lipYou have an affinity with one of these industries: life sciences, food beverage, manufacturing, service logistics parts or telecom. /p /li /ul ul lipYou feel connected with and are ready to represent our company values: dig deep, own it, come together, move fast and be kind /p /li /ul ul lipYou show a willingness to travel globally to collaborate with clients and teams. /p /li /ul h3bWhy join us? /b /h3 pAt Bluecrux, we're proud to be a frontrunner in the Anaplan ecosystem, leading supply chain transformations with a highly motivated team of hands-on professionals.
