The Quality Assurance Officer service will be responsible for: Development of a Quality Management framework, with relevant processes, tools and guidelines, alignment within ETB and our client Group and coordination of the implementation. This will be done in close collaboration with the QoS Teamlead. Executing, coordinating and facilitating Quality Assurance related tasks in collaboration with the QoS team and relevant EPS experts. The Framework will focus on two vectors: External Quality Assurance – focused on suppliers of HV equipmentFactory qualifications Quality Assurance and Control processes during manufacturing and testing Coordination of factory testing Non-conformity management Internal Quality Assurance – focused on internal stakeholdersProcesses with Roles & Responsibilities for different departments Information and document transparency and availability within the organization Factory performance evaluations KPI follow-up and reporting (Above lists are non-exhaustive.) Quality Management framework Analysing and mapping the requirements for a simple and effective Quality Management framework. Aligning and interfacing the framework with other stakeholders, also at our client Group level where relevant (i.e. with 50Hertz). Proposing and validating the framework with clear timelines and milestones. Implementing the framework with a strong focus on communication and reporting on the proceedings External Quality Assurance Participate in factory audits, led by the relevant equipment expert, with responsibility for reviewing quality management systems Develop, maintain and implement quality control plans for the installation of HV equipment on site by suppliers Develop and maintain a quality dashboard of suppliers’ factory and site activities based on qualitative feedback and quantitative data (KPIs) Coordinate the follow‑up of external inspectors and inspection activities. (Mainly Factory & Site Acceptance Tests of transformers, cable systems, …) Facilitate the follow-up of non‑conformities and related action plans based on Return of EXperience (REX) from production, testing & installation.
