Odoo Functional Analyst (Junior / Medior)

For a company specialized in digitalization of businesses in flanders, we are looking for an Odoo Functional Analyst (junior or medior) who enjoys diving deep into business processes, designing clear workflows, and translating customer needs into well-structured user stories for the development team.
You will be the bridge between the client and the technical team .
Your responsibilities
- Clarify complex client challenges and translate them into clear requirements
- Design logical and future-proof workflows
- Write high-quality user stories that enable developers to start working immediately
- Collaborate with the project manager to manage expectations, timelines, and budget
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks and escalate them in time
Your profile
Required:
- Experience in business and/or functional analysis (6months minimum)
- Previous experience on those topics : write user stories, do workshops, work with an agile/lean methodology, be a spoc for one/multiple clients/sponsors
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Excellent written and spoken English & Dutch
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
Nice to have:
- Experience with Odoo (Odoo certification is a strong xlxgzvr plus)
