pFor the Solution Architecture function within the IT Architecture department, our client needs a qualified and dedicated Solution Architect. /p pA key aspect in the mission of the Solution Architect is to ensure our client optimizes its IT infrastructure and Application Landscape — and to do that, we need a qualified and dedicated solution architect. /p pIdeal candidates excel at designing or adapting technical solutions to address business challenges while simultaneously modernizing the application landscape. /p pThe solution architect will be deeply involved in transformation initiatives in the (Electrical) Assets domain, regularly interacting with business and IT stakeholders, and subject matter experts. /p pbResponsibilities /b /p pAs a member of the IT architecture department, the Solution Architect will: /p ul liAdopt and analyze constraints, non-functional and functional requirements. /li liConduct appropriate decomposition within the specifics of the business capability resulting in relevant Solution Building Blocks using recommended Architectural styles and patterns (based on Reference Architectures) /li liServe as the key link aligning all relevant stakeholders in the Product Organization, the Architecture team as well as the delivery team. /li libe part of the delivery team as such ensuring solution delivery in accordance with the design. /li liDeliver Architecture Designs in accordance with the Groups’ Architecture Vision, standards and guidelines. /li liProvide designs following your experience in integration design, application architecture, and available tools. /li liIn the design lifecycle, following the governance structures (Design Boards) for gating and decision making (using techniques such as: ADR, ATAM) /li /ul pbIdeal Profile /b /p pThe consultant must meet the following

requirements:
/p ul liAt least 6 years of relevant experience in the position of Solution Architecture /li liAble to work autonomously and take initiative for engaging with people at all levels /li liIs result oriented. /li liHave an Agile mindset, working experience in an Agile environment is a plus. /li liExperience in GIS solutions, especially based on ArcGIS, is a plus. /li liExperience in Asset Management is a plus. /li liExperienced in applying IT Standards, such as ArchiMate, TOGAF, ATAM, CBAM /li liAble to work in a team and is always open for feedback from his/her peers. /li liFamiliar with Architecture Modeling Languages such as Archimate. An experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect is a big plus. /li liFamiliar with the principles of Domain Driven Design (DDD), and the principles, opportunities, and challenges of modern architectural paradigms such as microservices and event driven architectures. And knows

how to apply
them. /li liAlways keen to learn new things, share your knowledge, embrace change and learn from past experiences. Drawing on a whiteboard to facilitate a debate comes natural to you. /li liGood level of Dutch and/or French and English is required. /li /ul
