🚀 Hiring: Tech Lead – GenAI for Business & IT Technology (Gemini / GCP)
📍 Location: Brussels, Belgium
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid
We are looking for experienced GenAI Tech Leads to drive the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions across business functions and IT infrastructure.
🔹 Role 1: GenAI for Business Functions
- Lead the delivery of GenAI solutions using Gemini / Vertex AI and GCP.
- Develop enterprise AI assistants and chatbots, including HR chatbot integration with Workday.
- Identify and prioritise business-process automation use cases.
- Architect secure integrations with HRIS, ERP, and other business systems.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with business stakeholders.
🔹 Role 2: GenAI for IT & Technology
- Lead agentic automation for IT and infrastructure teams.
- Develop developer-productivity and IT automation agents using Gemini / GCP.
- Architect autonomous developer toolchains across JIRA, GitHub, and Confluence.
- Lead ITSM automation with BMC Helix / Remedy, including ticket triage and resolution assistance.
- Define integration, security, and evaluation standards.
- Mentor developer teams and engage with IT and infrastructure stakeholders.
🔑 Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience with Gemini / Vertex AI or comparable LLM platforms and GCP.
- Strong software engineering, DevOps, and platform engineering background.
- Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and agentic workflows.
- Enterprise API integrations and secure tool-use architecture.
- Git, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud automation.
- Experience delivering enterprise chatbots, AI assistants, or automation agents to production.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Workday, BMC Helix / Remedy, JIRA, GitHub, or Confluence integrations is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of LLM observability and evaluation tooling.
