Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise?
We are looking for a Project Manager to support a major HR technology transformation and cloud migration programme, helping drive the transition from a legacy HR environment to Oracle HCM Cloud.
What you’ll do
Lead project planning and implementation preparation activities
Help define project scope, objectives, deliverables, governance, and milestones
Conduct gap analyses between existing HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud
Gather and document business and functional requirements
Facilitate workshops with HR, IT, and technical stakeholders
Identify project risks, dependencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Coordinate multidisciplinary business and technology teams
Prepare recommendations, project documentation, and decision-support materials
Contribute to the implementation roadmap and subsequent project phases
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
7+ years of project management experience, ideally within HR transformation or HRIS implementation
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
Solid understanding of Payroll, Time & Absence, xirbnpk Recruitment, and Workforce Planning
Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process assessment
Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a strong advantage.
