responsibilities:
/b /pulliAct as technical liaison between Klarrio development teams and the customer. /liliConduct research and experimentation to prototype new ideas and solutions. /liliDrive innovation initiatives within the organization, contributing to product evolution and differentiation. /liliIdentify systemic issues and propose long-term solutions. /liliContribute to the development of technical roadmaps and long-term strategies. /liliFacilitate knowledge sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs. /liliGrow others by being responsible for mentoring and building up the team's culture. For example:ulliKnowledge sharing: write wiki's, organize knowledge sharing presentations and meetings, ... /liliRecruiting activities: assist by performing interviews, attending job fairs, ... /liliMentor and help others to grow. /li /ul /liliAct as a subject matter expert within the company for specific domains or technologies. /liliStay up to date with recent developments in your area of expertise, and with the state of the art in Cloud and Data Engineering in general. /liliProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams. /liliGuide architectural decisions and design discussions for complex systems. /liliDesign scalable and robust system architectures that meet current and future business needs. /liliDocument system architecture in a concise and readable manner /liliAssess the technical and business impact of architectural decisions /liliPresent architectural designs in a way that is comprehensible to various stakeholders (product management, developers, ...) /liliDesign with security in mind; assess the security impact of proposed architectural changes /liliReview all architectural and design decisions undertaken by the development teams, with the purpose of guarding consistency and architectural soundness. /liliIdentify upcoming architectural challenges and coordinate how to tackle them across teams and within the overarching Architecture organization. /li /ulpbIdeally, you possess the following

qualifications:
/b /pulliMaster's degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Computer Science or a related technical field involving software/systems engineering. /liliKnowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP, Firewalls, DNS, SSL, ...). /liliStrong understanding of algorithms, software design principles, architecture patterns and data structures. /liliExpertise in software architecture and design. /liliBe a good team player (using effective communication and teamwork). /liliExhibit leadership skills. /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills. /liliStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills. /li /ulpbExtra assets are: /b /pulliHands-on experience with data processing frameworks such as Kafka, Spark, Flink, Storm,... /liliHands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, ... /liliAffinity with the Agile development methodology and concepts such as CI/CD. /liliExperience with data lakes like Apache Hudi, Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, ... /liliAdvanced understanding of Operating System concepts. /liliAdvanced understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems. /liliAdvanced understanding of database systems (SQL or NoSQL). /liliExperience with an ISMS/ISO27001. /li /ulpWe don't expect you to check all the boxes.
