So Estates is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent to strengthen our team.

We are a dynamic and ambitious real estate agency specialising in sales and rentals in Brussels. Our approach combines strong commercial performance, high-quality marketing and a personalised service for our clients.

We’re looking for a strong sales profile who is driven by results, knows the Brussels real estate market and wants to grow within an ambitious team.

YOUR ROLE

As a Real Estate Agent at So Estates, you will manage your clients and transactions from first contact to closing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying leads and following up with potential clients

• Guiding clients through the buying, selling and letting process

• Supporting clients throughout their real estate transaction

• Negotiating contracts and closing deals

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts

• Keeping up to date with market developments and competitors

• Attending relevant trade fairs and events

YOUR PROFILE

• BIV/IPI certification

• Access to independent professional practice

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales

• Proven track record of achieving strong commercial results

• Highly sales-driven, proactive and entrepreneurial

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Client-focused and professional

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a strong bonus
