Senior Financial Business Analyst

Do you enjoy building robust reporting, analyzing business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making?We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A Radiology Solutions team. In this role, you will serve as a key analytical partner to the Global Finance Business Partner and play a critical role in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and performance management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

¢ Own the preparation, consolidation, and continuous improvement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reporting across regions and business segments.â€
¢ Prepare and analyze P&L, revenue, gross margin, and operational performance reporting, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.â€
¢ Develop, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs that support performance management and strategic decision-making.â€
¢ Partner with budget owners and business stakeholders to understand cost drivers, explain variances, and track budget consumption.â€
¢ Co-drive the monthly forecasting process and the annual budgeting cycle.â€
¢ Analyze variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year performance, providing clear explanations and actionable recommendations.â€
¢ Translate financial and operational data into concise business insights for senior management and stakeholders.â€
¢ Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORâ€
¢ Master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field.â€
¢ 3-7 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, business analysis, or financial reporting.â€
¢ Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills are essential.â€
¢ Strong experience with Power BI, financial reporting, and data analysis tools.â€
¢ Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance drivers.â€
¢ Curious, proactive, and results-oriented.â€
¢ Fluent in English.
