I'm currently recruiting for GRC specialists skilled in NIS2 & ISO27k1 for a scale up based in Ghent who specialise in a range of cybersecurity services. The role also involves further training in the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and OT/product security for two all new projects at a multinational client.
They have a culture emphasising collaboration, joint success and technical excellence and work on a variety of projects across the European market.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in cybersecurity
Experience in GRC frameworks NIS2 & ISO 27001
ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification is a strong plus
Knowledge of other governance frameworks (e.g. CRA/DORA) is a plus
Knowledge of OT/product security is a very strong plus
Bachelor's Degree in cybersecurity or equivalent is a plus
English speaking is required (Dutch a strong plus)

Assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and lead incident response
Drive security training and readiness exercises
Oversee threat monitoring and manage security tools
Ensure xlxgzvr regulatory compliance and advise leadership on security posture
