SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader, seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join our distributed team. You will deliver email-based support, build lasting customer relationships, and resolve issues with high-quality solutions while continuously learning new tools.
The role requires German (B1) and English (C1) proficiency, 6–12 months of support experience, strong data protection awareness, and the ability to work remotely in a multilingual environment.
