The RoleWe’re looking for a Bid Manager who takes ownership, brings structure, and keeps the bid engine running smoothly. Together with the rest of the team, you will ensure every RFI/RFP response is compliant, compelling, and delivered on time.
This role sits at the heart of sales. You’ll coordinate diverse stakeholders, safeguard governance and compliance, and help shape the future of our bid function — including the smart use of AI. The position offers flexible hybrid and remote working, with occasional travel to Eindhoven/Amstelveen for key collaboration moments.

What You’ll DoOwn bids end-to-end: from qualification through submissionAct as the central driver of governance, approvals, and formal complianceEnsure responses meet all client, legal, and procurement requirementsCoordinate sales, delivery, legal, finance, and technical stakeholdersWrite, edit, and structure bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impactIdentify risks early and guide teams toward practical solutionsContinuously improve our bid processes and help integrate AI-enabled toolsYour Skills and ExperienceProven experience with RFI/RFP processes in regulated or formal procurement environmentsExperience in working on EU tendersAble to clearly explain and apply bid compliance in EU tenders, including documentation control, formal requirements, governance and submission rules.3–10+ years’ experience in Bid Management, Sales Support, or PMO rolesExperience working in structured, deadline-driven environmentsAPMP certification at Foundation or Practitioner level is an advantageStrong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple deadlinesClear communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong writing, editing, and information-structuring skillsComfortable working in Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)Fluent Dutch (mandatory) and strong English for international collaborationCurious mindset and interest in innovation and AI in the sales processProactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownershipYour BackgroundProven experience with RFI/RFP processes in regulated or formal procurement environmentsExperience in working on EU tendersAble to clearly explain and apply bid compliance in EU tenders, including documentation control, formal requirements, governance and submission rules.3–10+ years’ experience in Bid Management, Sales Support, or PMO rolesExperience working in structured, deadline-driven environmentsAPMP certification at Foundation or Practitioner level is an advantageWhat
