You will be joining a very effective team in a role that combines investigative expertise, ensuring fraud, abuse, cheating, and emerging threats are identified, investigated, and resolved to the highest standard. /p pWe are looking for someone with high integrity, sound judgement, and a naturally investigative mindset who thrives on solving complex problems. You will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Above all, you will be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and genuinely passionate about protecting customer trust and the overall integrity of the platform. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage Transaction queues ensuring transactions meet operation requirements and comply with AML and regulatory obligations. /li liConduct deep-dive investigations into multi-accounting, account sharing, account compromise, identity abuse, and coordinated abuse rings. /li liDocumentation review and management. /li liUphold customer centric services, delivering the highest of customer support standards to ensure reputational integrity. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with other departments to resolve internal and external customer needs and requests. /li liLiaise with other departments to solve complex cases and issue resolution. /li /ul h3Reporting and Analytics /h3 ul liPresent regular reports and insights on fraud trends and abuse rings. Present process and tool enhancements to improve processes. /li /ul h3Highly Desired Knowledge and Experience /h3 ul liPrevious experience in fraud prevention and risk management, preferably in the iGaming industry. /li liExcellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data to identify patterns and trends. /li liFamiliarity with fraud monitoring systems, risk analysis tools, and security technologies. /li liAbility to clearly and effectively communicate complex findings to other staff members and stakeholders. /li liHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in all investigations and reports. /li liAbility to anticipate fraud and risk issues before they occur, taking preventive actions. /li /ul h3What
