Experience:
8–10 years We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of IAM and Capital Markets to support requirements gathering, IAM process definition and business stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements . Capture IAM use cases and define IAM processes with business stakeholders. Support IAM domains including Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, PAM, reporting and analytics . Develop IAM governance documentation, including policies, procedures, standards and access reviews. Work with AO, BO and IAM Operations teams to gather information and secure business sign-off. Support IAM projects and dependencies, particularly around SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations, auto-provisioning and access reviews. Key Requirements 8–10 years of relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets / Investment Banking . Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering skills. Experience with IAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ . Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and effectively across IAM projects.
