pWe're looking for a senior Service Manager to govern managed cybersecurity services and lead their transition from build to operations. /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliValidate the TOM, RACI, runbooks and operational acceptance criteria. /liliAlign incident, problem, change, request and release processes. /liliLead service reviews using SLA and KPI dashboards. /liliTrack decisions, risks, exceptions and dependencies across suppliers. /liliCoordinate testing, go-live and knowledge transfer to an internal successor. /liliMaintain service catalogues, support arrangements and escalation paths. /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulliAt least six years in IT service management, governance, operations or cybersecurity. /liliAt least five years' recent experience as a Service Manager, Service Delivery Manager or equivalent, overseeing outsourced services. /liliExperience in managed-service governance and supplier management in complex cybersecurity environments. /liliITIL 4 expertise and hands‑on ITSM, including configuration and continual improvement. /liliServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools, integrations and shared environments. /liliUnderstanding of SOC, SIEM, SOAR, MDR, vulnerability management and network security. /liliKnowledge of IAM, RBAC, least privilege, PAM/PIM and access traceability. /liliOperational NIS2 knowledge, ISO 27001 principles, security risk and continuity management. /liliManagement‑level reporting, decision preparation and constructive challenge of technical documentation. /liliWorkshop facilitation, negotiation and leadership without direct authority. /liliFrench, B2. /liliDutch, B2. /liliEnglish, B2. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliITIL 4 Managing Professional, ITIL Expert or equivalent certification. /liliISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification. /liliServiceNow, COBIT, Prince2 or PMP certification, or proven agile experience. /liliG-Cloud experience or public procurement of managed cybersecurity services. /li /ulh3Good to know /h3ulliVariable part‑time workload, requiring greater availability during workshops, testing and go‑live. /li /ul
