Are you the driven AML Analyst we’re looking for? In this role, you’ll analyze files and transactions with suspicious characteristics and collaborate with legal and compliance teams. Your attention to detail and eagerness to learn will enable you to effectively prepare reports for the appropriate authorities. You analyze files and transactions with unusual or suspicious characteristics related to money laundering or terrorist financing, in accordance with legal requirements and established guidelines;
You evaluate files involving suspected money laundering or atypical terrorist financing and determine—after consulting with the legal department and the Compliance Office, if necessary—whether it is necessary to file a report with the CFI or take additional action;
You will strictly apply the principles of Know Your Customer (KYC);
You will prepare reports for the relevant authorities as needed;
You will work within established procedures, forms, and timelines.

Is highly eager to learn and always works with a focus on detail;
Has relevant experience in combating money laundering, or feels a strong affinity for this field;
Is proficient in responding appropriately to phone calls and emails, in both Dutch and French;
Can adapt flexibly to changing or challenging procedures;
Takes initiative, is eager to learn, and ensures the quality of work through meticulousness;
Presents complex cases in a clear and organized manner for approval;
Has a natural customer-focused attitude, which contributes to sustainable success strategies;
Was already well-organized as a student and prioritizes effectively, with a focus on planning. Unexpected challenges are no obstacle for you;
Enjoys variety in your work, because due to the dynamic nature and volume of tasks, no two days are ever the same;
Has a strong sense of discretion;
Enjoys working as part of a team and offers support to colleagues when needed;
Holds a bachelor’s degree or has equivalent experience.
