P3 – Change Manager (Senior) Antwerp, Belgium Contract: 27 April 2026 – 31 December 2026 Part-time (30%) | ±300 hours Apply before: 27 April 2026
About the Role
We are looking for experienced Senior Change Managers / Leadership Coaches to join a flexible pool supporting organization-wide transformation and leadership development initiatives. You will play a key role in strengthening leadership capabilities across the organization by coaching managers, facilitating workshops, and embedding a sustainable leadership culture.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual coaching to leaders across multiple management levels Facilitate team coaching sessions focused on collaboration and role clarity Design and deliver leadership workshops, intervisions, and learning interventions Support the development and execution of leadership programs Act as a sparring partner for HR and program leadership Collaborate within a coach team to ensure consistency and quality of approach Contribute to building a culture of shared leadership, ownership, and psychological safety Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in change management within large organizations Proven experience coaching: Senior management Teams Individuals Strong experience facilitating workshops on leadership, culture, and change Experience with incident and change management practices Familiarity with Prosci ADKAR (or equivalent certification) Strong background in group facilitation and intervision Higher education degree ( Bachelor's or Master's ) Fluent Dutch (C2 level – CEFR) Preferred Qualifications Experience in public sector environments Background in asset management Deep expertise in ADKAR methodology Experience with decision-making frameworks (e.g., consent, Deep Democracy) Ways of Working Flexible deployment within a pool of leadership coaches Combination of: Individual coaching Team coaching Short-term interventions Program advisory Close collaboration with HR and program leadership Why Join?
