About the role
As an NVH test rig engineer, you will support VeroTech consultancy projects focused on component and system testing for conventional, hybrid and electric powertrains. You will work in an R&D test environment where prototype powertrains are assembled, validated and evaluated for NVH performance.
You will take ownership of assigned NVH test rigs, combining operational excellence with continuous improvement. The role involves close collaboration with test engineering, NVH engineering, test rig operators and R&D teams to improve test quality, efficiency and repeatability.

Key responsibilities
Operate NVH test rigs to evaluate component and system performance for conventional, hybrid and electric powertrainsMaintain ownership of assigned test facilities, including routine maintenance, upgrades and efficiency improvementsResolve operational issues through structured root cause analysis to prevent recurrenceDevelop and improve tests on platforms such as PUMA and CANapeCollaborate with engineering, operations and R&D teams to execute and optimize testing processesCreate tools and documentation to standardize test rig operation across facilitiesUse KPIs to improve testing quality, consistency and efficiencyWhat we're looking forWe are looking for an analytical and proactive engineer with a strong interest in mechatronic systems, automotive testing and continuous improvement in an R&D test environment.
Master’s degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics or equivalentPreferably about 3 years of automotive experienceProgramming background required, with LabVIEW experience considered a strong plusEssential basic knowledge of control theory, structural dynamics, NVH and high voltage applicationsKnowledge of automotive testing, sensors, data acquisition, test equipment and electromechanics is an assetFluent communication skills in EnglishAbility to work autonomously, take ownership of test facilities and apply structured root cause analysisExperience with AVL test bench environments, electric or hybrid powertrains, vibration measurement, modal analysis, acoustics or advanced NVH methodologies is a plusWhy join us?At VeroTech, you’re part of a real community where engineers grow and thrive together while working on cutting-edge projects in several sectors, enjoying flexibility and true support from colleagues.
