Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to combine technical depth, full project ownership and direct client contact? Join a leading player in energy and technical services and take responsibility for industrial energy transition projects across Belgium.
From battery energy storage and cogeneration to e-boilers and other low-carbon technologies, you will manage complex projects for industrial clients, from the first tender through to commissioning, and turn ambitious decarbonisation targets into installations that run.
Your ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of energy transition projects for industrial clients, taking full ownership from planning through execution and delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule and to safety and quality standards, while coordinating the internal and external resources required.
Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial tender documentation, select suppliers and subcontractors, and negotiate commercial conditions together with procurement and management.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project execution, building lasting relationships and proactively identifying new opportunities.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, monitor financial performance and contribute to the continuous development of the department.

Your Profile
You hold a Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related technical field, with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience.
You have a solid understanding of industrial processes and contract management, ideally within energy, utilities or technical infrastructure.
You are highly organised, take ownership, and manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and projects at once without losing the thread.
You combine strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to translate technical and economic considerations into decisions you can defend.
You work well independently and within a team, are willing to visit clients regularly across Belgium, and have a strong command of Dutch and French.
