Financial Controller

Your responsibilities as a Financial Controller : Coordinate the monthly closing process and ensure accurate, complete, and reliable financial reporting. Support daily finance operations and deliver timely management reporting through Power BI. Prepare budgets and forecasts while analysing margins, variances, and financial performance. Partner with Business Units to provide financial insights and support business reviews. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain high accounting standards. Implement and monitor internal controls to minimise financial risks and improve data quality. Coordinate external audits and assist with annual accounts and corporate tax filings. Contribute to finance digitalisation projects and continuously improve financial processes. Report directly to the Finance Manager. About you : You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. You have minimum 5 years of experience in a Financial Controller or similar finance role. You have solid accounting knowledge combined with strong analytical and reporting skills. You are experienced in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial consolidation. You are familiar with annual accounts and corporate taxation. You have experience with Power BI and advanced Excel skills. You work accurately, think analytically, and easily identify financial discrepancies. You are proactive, well organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. You communicate effectively and collaborate easily with both internal and external stakeholders. You are fluent in Dutch and English. You have experience with Microsoft Business Central or other ERP systems (an advantage). The offer : Continuous learning through tailored training and professional development opportunities.
