Sparagus - AI Engineer / Data Scientist

pWe are looking for an AI Engineer / Data Scientist in full remote to develop and enhance an intelligent matching engine that connects job seekers' profiles with relevant job opportunities and training programmes. The solution will be integrated into the organisation's Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and progressively replace existing matching tools. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, develop and improve AI-powered matching, scoring and recommendation algorithms using Python. /liliBuild data ingestion and processing pipelines using Microsoft Fabric. /liliImplement semantic search and indexing capabilities with Azure AI Search. /liliLeverage Azure AI Foundry to develop and deploy AI solutions. /liliImplement fuzzy matching, reranking and recommendation mechanisms. /liliDeploy applications using Docker, Azure App Service and CI/CD pipelines. /liliDevelop APIs and connectors for integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other business applications. /liliEnsure data quality, security, monitoring and regulatory compliance. /liliDesign and execute tests to evaluate the accuracy and relevance of matching results. /liliSupport production deployments, technical documentation and knowledge transfer. /li /ul
