You lead the creation of detailed technical designs, bridge business andbr/technical stakeholders, and ensure implementations align with enterprise architecture, security, andbr/compliance standards. Every consultantbr/receives dedicated AI training and modern tools designed to streamline daily work, amplify expertise,br/and fast-track learning. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine the architecture of ServiceNow implementations and oversee their successful delivery /li liLead the creation of detailed technical designs that leverage ServiceNow capabilities effectively /li liServe as expert advisor in solutioning sessions, bridging business and technical stakeholders /li liDesign and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (Active Directory, Workday, Jira, and similar) /li liDrive adherence to QA, security, and coding best practices across delivery teams /li liMentor consultants and developers, and foster practice growth through documentation and knowledge sharing /li liHost Design Authority meetings for technical solution reviews /li liProactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across your scope of ownership /li liMonitor instance performance and manage upgrade cycles /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Requirements / Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions, including significant enterprise-scale delivery /li liServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified System Administrator plus multiple CIS certifications /li liExpert-level understanding of ServiceNow data models, APIs (REST/SOAP), and platform security /li liProven experience integrating third-party systems and enterprise applications /li liStrong stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills /li liFluent in Dutch and/or French and a good command of English /li /ul h3Mindset Work Ethic /h3 ul liCustomer-oriented and quality-driven /li liComfortable balancing a "configure over customize" mindset with the flexibility to tailor when needed /li liCollaborative, agile, and hands-on with mentoring /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liCertified Master Architect status or additional ServiceNow certifications /li liExperience in greenfield implementations (from scratch) /li liPublic sector or regulated-industry security/compliance experience /li liExperience with AI on the ServiceNow platform (e.g. Now Assist, Control /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 h3What
