Takenpakket:Als Quality Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitrollen van een integraal kwaliteitsbeleid, waarbij je het management proactief adviseert over verbeterkansen.Je vertaalt complexe informatie uit ERP-systemen en Power-BI met een data-driven mindset naar concrete actieplannen voor de gehele organisatie.Je initieert overkoepelende projecten voor procesverbetering om de resultaten op elke afdeling naar een hoger niveau te tillen en bewaakt de uitvoering hiervan nauwgezet.Het plannen en uitvoeren van audits bij zowel interne teams als internationale leveranciers valt onder jouw vleugels om de volledige keten te borgen.Je versterkt de kwaliteitscultuur binnen het bedrijf door medewerkers te coachen, trainingen te organiseren en het kwaliteitsbewustzijn op de werkvloer te vergroten. Profiel:Een Master in een technische richting of een gelijkwaardig denkniveau vormt jouw stevige basis.Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen kwaliteitszorg stelt je in staat om direct deze eindverantwoordelijke rol als Quality Manager op te pakken.Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en voelt je comfortabel bij het werken met complexe Excel-bestanden en ERP-omgevingen.Collega's omschrijven jou als een natuurlijke leider met overtuigingskracht die mensen moeiteloos meeneemt in verandering.Een procesmatige denkwijze typeert jouw aanpak om waardevolle inzichten uit data te halen.
