Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor project planning, deadlines, milestones, and deliverables;
  • Manage risks and potential issues related to projects;
  • Plan capacity and manage the resources needed to execute projects;
  • Monitor and manage the budget allocated to various projects;
  • Evaluate the performance of projects and the teams involved;
  • Ensure that project documentation is kept up to date and that changes are tracked;
  • Organize workshops and meetings to foster collaboration and the exchange of ideas;
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of change management and engagement activities;
  • Develop agendas, supporting materials, presentations, meeting minutes, and action tracking tables;
  • Track agreed‑upon actions and ensure their completion within the deadlines set by stakeholders;
  • Maintain the overall project roadmap by identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks;
  • Contribute to communication activities related to the organization’s cultural transformation;
  • Coordinate surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other cultural assessments;
  • Consolidate qualitative and quantitative feedback from employees and managers;
  • Develop project reports and dashboards, and provide progress updates to sponsors and governance bodies;
  • Manage project documentation by ensuring consistent version control;
  • Collaborate with human resources, communications, and sales teams, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment;
  • Monitor adoption and participation metrics, as well as track KPIs related to corporate culture;
  • Help develop workshop materials, toolkits, and resources for cultural engagement;
  • Ensure the smooth logistical coordination of events, workshops, and presentations;
  • Set up and manage collaboration spaces (SharePoint sites);
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks related to projects or programs (emails, invitations, meeting minutes, document management, meeting preparation, etc.).

Requirements

  • Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or has equivalent experience in the field of project management;
  • Has at least two years of successful experience in project management;
  • Is fluent in French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken, and demonstrates excellent communication skills;
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Has a good understanding of human resources and corporate culture;
  • Is familiar with project management processes and tools, as well as having in‑depth expertise in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams;
  • Has experience working in a large‑scale corporate environment;
  • Has a big‑picture perspective and is capable of strategic thinking;
  • Is an effective, diplomatic, and customer‑service‑oriented communicator;
  • Demonstrates managerial skills and knows how to motivate colleagues;
  • Takes a structured approach to work;
  • Pays close attention to detail and ensures rigorous project follow‑up;
  • Is results‑oriented and capable of working as part of a team;
  • Demonstrates an interest in organizational culture, leadership development, and change management;

Contract and Work Arrangements

  • A full‑time freelance contract, allowing you to manage your own schedule;
  • Flexible work arrangements, with 50% on‑site work and 50% remote work, promoting a healthy work‑life balance;
